Deadlines & Fees
Registrations for the conference and submission of symposia/abstracts are made via ConfTool.
Important dates and deadlines:
| 01 September 2026 | Call for abstracts, start of registration |
| 31 October 2026 | Deadline for submission of symposium proposals and abstracts for oral presentations, posters and the young investigator award (YIA) |
| 15 December 2026 | Notification of acceptance of symposia/abstracts and YIA finalists |
| 31 December 2026 | Deadline for registration for the conference |
| 09 February 2027 | Networking event for young scientists in Basel |
| 10-11 February 2027 | Conference in Basel |
Final programme:
The final programme will be published on the conference website and in ConfTool by January 15, 2027, at the latest.
Registration fees:
- Member 4S: CHF 130
- Non-member 4S: CHF 210
- Students / PhD in funded positions: CHF 90
- Conference dinner: CHF 100
- Networking event: CHF 20
VAT (MwSt.) is included in all prices.
The registration fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Coffee breaks and lunches at the conference venue
Payment options:
All payments must be done via invoice.
- If register with an institutional code, your institution will receive an invoice with the payment instructions after the end of the registration period.
- If registered as a private participant (without institutional code), you find the bank/account information during the registration process.
Important: Please make sure to include the payment reference when making the bank transfer so that the payment can be allocated to the correct cost center.
