Terms of registration:

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration until 10 January 2027, you get 50% back. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 10 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 10 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference programme may be subject to changes.
• Payments will be refunded if the conference will be cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.
• By registering, you consent to photographs and video recordings taken during the 4S Conference 2027 that include images of you being published, publicly displayed, edited, and made available to third parties for use. Please contact us (congress4S@unibas.ch) if you wish to exercise your right to object.
